Description Of Work: Mr. Ashley and his crew removed and replaced my entire roof.

First I want to apologize to Mr. Ashley for no writing this review sooner. After interviewing several roofers/roofing companies I met with Mr. Ashley. I was initially impressed because of all the people who came to look at the job, Mr. Ashley was the only one who asked to go into my attic to see what was really going on with my roof. Mr. Ashley and his crew were professional, punctual, courteous and finished the job in about 3 days. Since doing the job, I have referred several neighbors to Mr. Ashley and I have had no problems with my roof. I would DEFINITLEY use Mr. Ashley’s services again.

Description Of Work: Ripped off entire OLD roof and replaced it with new wood, insulation and roofing. also replaced all gutters and stucco on chimney.

The whole process went very smoothly. The first day, the team removed the entire roof, replaced all wood and insulation and replaced with the insulation and new roofing IN ONE DAY! I was amazed that it could be done so fast. The second day the team came to repair some siding that got ripped off by wires being pulled down by a truck! The team did this very fast and efficiently, it looks great! The second day was also for the removal and replacing of all the gutters around the house, and also the Chimney was repaired and stucco on the outside, in a nice color (grey) to match the new roof tiles. After all, I am very happy and pleased with the service and the crews who came to work on the house. All debris was removed totally both days, you would never know the entire roof was removed! I am very pleased with the outcome and everyone I worked with to get this done was very nice and professional! Thank you all!

Joseph Ashley and his workers were able to remove our old roof and put up a brand new roof for us in just 10 days. I was very impressed by his work and how efficient he was in completing his work. The job was done in 10 days just as he promised. We have a 3 family house and haven’t fixed our roof since we purchased this house 36 years ago. They also threw in a free chimney for us because their start date was off by a few days because of the bad weather. I thought that was very thoughtful. They are hard workers who stick to their words. I would definitely trust them again when doing any other jobs around the house. I highly recommend Joseph Ashley to everyone including my close friends and family. Thanks for a great job!

Description Of Work: Stripped roof, replaced all the wood, removed a chimney , repaired another chimney, stripped old asphalt tiles on side of building (three stories high), wrapped side and insulated all around, did siding, trim, gutters and cleaned up. Building is about 45 feet high: Big job.

I contacted Joe in June. He said he would be able to do the job around the end of August. He actually started September 13. This was OK with me. I had wanted proof of insurance, which he sent me. I contacted the insurance company, which verified that the insurance was valid. This was a concern for me, as the height of the building makes for a dangerous work condition and I didn’t want any problems or injuries to the workers. The guys were strapped in while working on the scaffolding, and there were no injuries. Eight guys worked for 10 days, the last day until 7:00 PM. The guys were all nice. They started every morning by 8:30 AM and worked until 5:00 PM. I have a Bay window, and while painting the top of the building some drops of paint fell on the new roof that was installed on the Bay window. Joe had the roof removed and redone. I had given Joe a $7.000. deposit, half-way through I gave him another $7,000, and the rest on the last day. There was no pressure on his part. Over all I am very happy with the results: I got what I asked for and there were no hassles of any kind. I need to do some steps and some stucco work and will hire him if he is available.

They did a better job than I expected! I am very satisfied with the work that was done! Everything that they have done looks fine. The contractor was very knowledgeable. The workers were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up as they went. They did a great job! They even vacuumed the house for us! I would recommend their services!
