We contracted with Joseph Ashely to do our roof, gutters and siding. After having a conversation with “Joe” we knew he was the right man for the job. We were so comfortable that we went into contract the same day.

Roof replacement project can be a real pain. Finding an excellent roofer is the toughest part of the whole process: everyone has his/her unique sales pitch, everyone claims that he / her is telling you the truth or “truth”, everyone claims that he / she is giving the best deal. After researching and interviewing some roofers, I am glad that I chose Joe and his crew. What Joe stands out from the rest with his honesty and his assurance. From the minute I spoke with him, I felt that I can trust him completely with the project. His willingness to go above and beyond is what seals the deal for me: he invited us down to see his work where he drove us around the neighborhood, answering any questions we had and always very patient. In addition, he agreed to do something extra for us at no extra cost! The most important part – his pricing is more than fair! After being in the business for a long time, you can trust his vision of the finishing product. He loves to say “I do a beautiful job”, the fact is that he and his team indeed does a beautiful job. The team, led by Alex, is very professional during the 5 day installation process. He answered my questions in great detail. Joe comes by everyday to check and to ensure the quality of the work. At the end, the finishing product makes the whole house pop and I could not be any happier. Neighbors were complementing how nice of a job Joe/his team had done.

Roof and Siding Replacement.

We contacted Joseph after reading all the positive reviews on Angie’s List. Sure enough, Joseph was very responsive and punctual. He gave me a fair quote and was able to work around my schedule. The work was completed on time and we are very happy with the results.

We wanted to cover the existing siding with vinyl siding because the asbestos siding was falling apart and looked horrible.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed by Joseph’s crew under his leadership. All estimates in terms of pricing, timing, etc were accurate and were met without any issues or delays. Joseph is fair, runs and honest operation and is not someone who will nickel and dime you at all. I would definitely recommend, and would hire again.

Siding of my house

I can’t be more pleased with the work provided by Joe and his dedicated crew! Joe took the time to explain what was needed and ensured I understood his reasoning for the planned work at the time he provided his estimate. He delivered on all recommendations including start date, completion date and scope of work as outlined in the contract. He always made himself available for questions and inquiries and did a walk through at the end of the project to make sure that all of my questions/concerns were addressed to both myself and my wife’s satisfaction.
